Brain Monitoring Beyond the Lab Takes the Spotlight at CuttingGardens EEG 2026

CuttingGardens 2026 focused on cutting-edge methods for M/EEG data analysis, bringing the neuroscience community together through a distributed conference held simultaneously across multiple locations.
Attendees had the opportunity to experience Bitbrain's neurotechnology portfolio firsthand, including water-based, dry, and textile EEG systems. These solutions are designed to support a wide range of neuroscience applications, from controlled experimental studies to data collection in more naturalistic environments.

As part of the scientific programme, Luis Montesano, CTO of Bitbrain, delivered an online presentation titled “Frontiers on the Future of Brain Monitoring: Home-Based Studies and High-Density Monitoring of Neuromodulation”. The session explored emerging approaches to brain monitoring and the growing role of technologies that enable research beyond traditional laboratory settings.
